Pick what you need, leave the rest. Most clients combine a regular walk-round with the occasional overnight stay and a fortnightly drive to keep the car battery healthy. Bespoke arrangements are welcome.
A walk round the inside and outside of your property to check windows and doors are secured, and that everything is as it should be. Visits weekly, fortnightly or monthly — your call.
Removal of mail from behind your door so the hall stays clear and your property doesn't look obviously unoccupied to passers-by.
Should you wish your property to be occupied by only myself while you're away, I can stay over so the house genuinely looks lived in — lights on in the evening, curtains opened in the morning.
Drop-in visits for feeding times, fresh water and cleaning the litter tray. I'm happy to spend time with your cat if they enjoy company, and longer visits can be arranged to suit your routine. If you prefer, I can stay in your property so your cat remains in familiar surroundings with no need for boarding.
Guidance on smart plugs and setting them up on your mobile or tablet, so you can remotely control the lighting within your property from wherever you are.
Guidance on home security camera set-up and getting the live view working on your mobile or tablet so you can check in any time.
Maintaining your car battery with fortnightly drives to ensure the battery is charged up. Subject to you adding me onto your policy as a named driver.
I can arrange for your vehicle to be taken to a local garage for its MOT and service, or for a simple levels and tyre pressure check if you've been away for a period of time and need it in good working order. Around 4 weeks notice is usually required for local garages to facilitate a booking.
